Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Prepare, review and control SOPs, work instructions, formats and quality documents.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with different departments for QMS compliance.
- Monitor quality objectives, KPIs and audit observations.
- Conduct QMS awareness and quality-related training for employees.
- Ensure proper maintenance of quality records and documentation.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives and reduce repeat non-conformities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Knowledge of internal audits, RCA and CAPA.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Robust coordination and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
