Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Specification Selling qualified from the building materials industry to drive product specifications, develop relationships with architects, interior designers and consultants, and generate project business, with a major focus on tiling solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive specification selling activities and achieve assigned targets.
- Get company products included in Approved Make / Manufacturer Lists across non-residential projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, clients and government/PSU accounts.
- Identify new specifiers, untapped markets and potential project opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and promotional activities.




- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs and submittal documents for projects and tenders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and the sales division to secure product specifications and convert competitor specifications.
- Track project pipelines, BOQs, tenders and specification databases.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and follow up on project opportunities.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in specification selling within the building materials industry.
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong product and technical knowledge.
- Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, consultants and government/PSU accounts.
- Knowledge of specification selling, BOQ preparation and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and coordination skills.
