Role & responsibilities

- Generate and close new orders for TempoTechnik pad printing machines, SPMs and automation solutions

- Visit plants (automotive, auto components, electrical, appliances, plastics, packaging, medical devices) to identify automation and decoration opportunities

- Understand the customer's process cycle time, part handling, tolerances, output and translate it into a explicit requirement brief for the design team

- Prepare techno-commercial offers with the design team; lead price negotiation and close

- Manage the full cycle: enquiry requirement study concept quotation PO advance FAT/dispatch installation sign-off balance payment

- Own collections on your orders; incentive is paid on payment received

- Maintain every lead, visit and quote in the company CRM; weekly pipeline review with the MD

- Represent Saturn at trade shows (e.g. IMTEX, Plastindia, Automation Expo) and customer demos

- Feed back market pricing, competitor activity and product gaps

Preferred candidate profile





- 4+ years selling machines, SPMs, automation or engineered capital equipment to manufacturing plants

- Track record of closing orders yourself — be ready to name customers, order values and sales cycle length

- Able to read a GA drawing and talk cycle time, pneumatics, PLC, servo and sensors with a plant engineer

- Existing network among production, maintenance, purchase and project heads in North Indian industrial clusters (Gurugram, Manesar, Faridabad, Noida, Bawal, Neemrana, Pune a plus)

- Own two-wheeler/car; willing to travel 50–60% of the time

Good to have

- Pad printing, screen printing, marking or product decoration experience

- Sales into automotive Tier-1/Tier-2 or consumer durables OEMs

- Experience with long-cycle, 10 lakh+ ticket orders

- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Excel
