- Accuracy of user rights, permissions and approval workflows.
- Timely resolution and closure of ERP tickets and employee issues.
- Completion of ERP onboardings user rights, user approval and refresher training.
- Effective coordination with external ERP support teams.
- Timely follow-up on system backup and integration activities.
- Maintenance of updated ERP user records and issue trackers.
- Improved ERP utilisation and smooth coordination across departments.

Qualification: - Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, BCA, BBA or a relevant discipline.

Key Skill: -

- Working knowledge of ERP systems, Strategic ERP and module-wise operations.
- Understanding of user creation,



access rights, permissions and approval workflows.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departmental requirements.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
- Solid follow-up, documentation and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external ERP service providers.

Experience:

- 37 years of experience in ERP and Strategic ERP operations, ERP administration or in-house ERP support.
- Experience in real estate or construction ERP will be an added advantage.
- Practical experience in user management, module configuration, troubleshooting and ticket management is preferred.

Working Conditions

- Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
- Weekly Off: Sunday
