Role Description As a Senior Endur Developer, you will design, develop and enhance Endur-based solutions for energy and commodity trading and risk management. You will work on configuring Endur, implementing customizations, creating scripts and extensions and optimizing trade capture, risk, and reporting workflows. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical designs, and ensuring stable, high-performance production systems.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, manage deployments, and support integration with external data sources and enterprise systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including quantitative analysts, data engineers, and business users.

Qualifications

- Strong Endur / Openlink development experience, including configuration, scripting (e.g., JVS, AVS), and customization of trading and risk modules.
- Solid programming skills in languages commonly used with Endur solutions (such as Java, C#, or Python) and experience with object-oriented design.




- Valuable understanding of energy and commodity trading, risk management concepts, trade lifecycle, and front-to-back office processes.
- Experience working with databases and SQL, including data modeling, performance tuning, and integration with large, complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and messaging frameworks for connecting Endur with upstream and downstream systems.
- Ability to analyze requirements, produce technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills, with attention to reliability and maintainability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with traders, risk teams, and operations in an on-site setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in consulting or product-based environments, and exposure to emerging technologies and data-driven solutions, is a plus.
