Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze software complaints, system failures, Windows platforms, and application performance issues.
- Develop AI/ML-based solutions for complaint classification, defect prioritization, and root cause analysis.
- Work with Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and AI-assisted engineering solutions.
- Perform Windows performance diagnostics, debugging, and system troubleshooting.
- Investigate hardware-software integration and embedded PC/SBC platforms.
- Collaborate with R&D; Software, Hardware, and IT teams.
- Support RCA, CAPA, FMEA, and product reliability initiatives.

Required Technical Skills:





- Robust experience in Windows OS, Windows Internals, and Administration.
- Programming knowledge in C#, .NET, Python, SQL, and PowerShell.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and AI Agent integration.
- Experience with Windows performance tools: PerfMon, ProcMon, ETW, Event Viewer, and Wireshark.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio, and software debugging.
- Exposure to Embedded Systems, SBC platforms, and hardware-software integration.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, FMEA, and defect management.
