Position: Senior Equity Dealer - AIF

About the Company:

An investment management company that helps individuals, family offices, HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals), and institutions grow their money by investing in stocks and other financial assets. It offers services such as Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), offshore funds, and mutual funds.

Role:

Responsible for buying and selling shares in the stock market on behalf of a fund, PMS, AIF, family office, or large investors.

Execution expert. the Senior Equity Dealer ensures the trade is executed at the best possible price and time.

Execute buy and sell orders in the stock market

Monitor market movements, volumes, and stock prices

Coordinate with Fund Managers and Research Analysts

Ensure trades follow SEBI, exchange, and internal compliance rules

Manage large institutional orders without significantly impacting market prices

Maintain relationships with brokers and trading desks

Track trade settlements and resolve trade-related issues





Generate trading reports and market updates

Prepare daily dealing sheets, trade reports, MIS, and analytical reports using robust Excel skills.

Knowledge of DMA (Direct Market Access) for trade execution will be preferred

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce or Economics; MBA (Finance) preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in equity dealing predominantly in AIF & PMS

Familiarity with SEBI Regulations and internal control frameworks.

Proficiency in Bloomberg, Wealth Spectrum, and trading/order management systems.

Strong market awareness and quick decision-making

Integrity and compliance orientation

Detail-oriented and disciplined in execution

Effective communication and teamwork
