- Overall responsibility for servicing clients across Analytics and Advisory engagements while managing and leading the analytics team.
- Design, develop, and implement analytics products, solutions, and services to support business objectives.
- Work closely with clients on scorecards, predictive modeling, business advisory, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Develop analytical models and leverage data-driven insights for enhanced data capture, analysis, and business recommendations.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the analytics team to ensure successful delivery of business goals, commitments, and client expectations.
- Drive process improvements and continuously update rules, frameworks, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and results.
- Manage day-to-day analytics operations and support strategic and special project assignments as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics, automation, Machine Learning, and AI capabilities.
