G Square is looking for a Senior Copywriter / Creative to develop ideas and persuasive copy that build our brand, support project launches and drive customer interest.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop campaign concepts, headlines, taglines and brand messaging.
- Write copy for newspaper ads, outdoor, digital, social media, brochures, and radio.
- Film scripting and ideation
- Translate project features and customer insights into compelling communication.
- Collaborate with the Art Director, designers and marketing teams.
- Maintain brand voice, accuracy and quality across all copy.
- Present ideas, incorporate feedback and manage deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

- A solid portfolio of original ideas and integrated campaigns.
- Excellent English writing, storytelling skills.
- Experience in newspaper print and outdoor campaigns.
- Ability to write clear, memorable copy across formats.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation and writing.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, lifestyle or related sectors.
- Tamil copywriting skills are an advantage.
