Consultant/Sr. Consultant

Key Job Responsibilities:

Origination & Screening

- Lead market mapping, sector research and origination efforts across infrastructure, energy transition and adjacent verticals.
- Screen and prioritise investment opportunities against the fund's strategy and return criteria.

Financial Modelling & Valuation

- Build and stress-test advanced financial models, including DCF, project finance and acquisition / LBO models.
- Conduct valuation analysis and returns assessment (IRR, MOIC, sensitivity and scenario analysis) and investment underwriting.

Due Diligence & Execution

- Manage and coordinate commercial, technical, legal, ESG, tax and financial due diligence workstreams with external advisors.
- Support end-to-end transaction execution, from term sheet through financial close.

Investment Committee & Reporting

- Prepare Investment Committee memoranda, transaction recommendations and support analysis.
- Support fundraising, investor relations and LP reporting activities.

Portfolio Management





- Support portfolio monitoring, refinancing, value creation initiatives and exit planning across the existing asset base.

Required Work Experience:

2–8 years in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Infrastructure Funds, M&A;, Project Finance or Transaction Advisory.

Core Skills:

- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities; sound commercial judgment & robust stakeholder management.
- A strong academic background (Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields); CFA, CA or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in financial modelling, valuation methodologies and transaction structuring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear investment recommendations.
- High ownership, intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in a lean, fast-paced deal team.
