About the Company

Cleardraw Services provides offshore CAD design and engineering services to international civil and environmental engineering companies.

We are hiring an experienced Senior Civil 3D Design Engineer to work on North American Land Development and Subdivision Design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare land development, subdivision and site layout plans.
- Develop road alignments, profiles and corridor models.
- Handle surface modelling, volume calculations and site grading.
- Design stormwater, sanitary sewer and water pipe networks.
- Prepare plan and profile drawings, cross-sections and construction details.
- Ensure accurate and quality-driven design deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.




- 6–7 years of relevant Civil 3D design experience.
- Hands-on experience in North American Land Development projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Expertise in surface modelling, corridor modelling and site grading.
- Experience with storm, sanitary and water pipe networks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
