SENIOR CAMP BOSS
- Experience: Several years of supervisory or camp management experience in remote, industrial, or large labor accommodation settings (often 3–5+ years in a senior or lead capacity).
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Knowledge or certifications in HSE, First Aid/CPR, or Incident Command System (ICS) are often preferred.
- Skills:
- Solid leadership and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CMMS, or facility tracking tools).
- Good physical stamina and flexibility for rotational shift schedules.
