We are hiring a Revenue Operations and Growth Manager to own the commercial intelligence behind our pipeline. This is a revenue role. The analysis exists to generate and convert opportunity, not to produce reports.

About the role

NexaSI is an AI finance operations platform. It reads everything arriving in a company's finance inbox, converts it into structured records, and reconciles those records against the ledger, the bank and the approval trail. The platform covers accounts payable, accounts receivable and GST compliance.

This is a revenue role. The analysis exists to generate and convert prospect, not to produce reports.

Requirements

5-6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business development or commercial analysis. Experience in B2B SaaS or financial services is an advantage.

Demonstrable rigour with data. You are fluent in spreadsheets and CRM systems, and you can explain what the numbers mean rather than simply presenting them.

A research instinct. You pursue a fact until you have it, and you can show how you arrived at it.

Clear and concise written communication.

Commercial judgement. You understand that the purpose of this function is revenue.

You prefer a narrowly defined remit. This role will change shape as the business grows.
