Summary

UST is looking for Senior Board EPM Developer The Opportunity:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BOARD EPM Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI).
- In this role, you will act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the BOARD platform.
- You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable planning models, data architectures, and interactive dashboards to support strategic decision-making across finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture and Development

- End-to-End Implementation: Design, build, and maintain complex BOARD applications, databases, capsules, screens, and procedures.
- Data Modeling: Create multi-dimensional data models, including cubes, entities, relationships, and hierarchies, optimized for querying and data entry.
- Business Logic: Develop advanced BOARD procedures, rules, and algorithms to automate forecasting, allocations, consolidations, and financial planning workflows.
- UI/UX Design: Build intuitive and user-friendly capsules, dashboards, and reporting templates for executive and operational teams.

Data Integration and ETL

- Pipeline Management: Design and configure BOARD data readers to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems, including ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouses.
- Database Management: Write complex SQL queries and views to support data integration with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Snowflake.





Leadership and Collaboration

- Requirements Gathering: Partner with finance, HR, and business stakeholders to understand current processes and define technical specifications.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide, train, and review the work of junior BOARD developers and administrators.
- Platform Governance: Manage security profiles, user access, environment promotions across Development, QA, and Production, and support platform performance tuning.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Technical Expertise

- BOARD Expertise: Minimum 4 years of dedicated hands-on experience working directly with BOARD International software. Experience with recent versions is preferred.

- EPM Concepts: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, workforce planning, and rolling forecasts.
- SQL and Data Warehousing: Advanced proficiency in SQL scripting, relational database management, and ETL methodologies.
- Advanced Analytics: Strong capability in developing complex expressions, business rules, and multi-dimensional calculations.

Professional Experience

- 6 to 10 years of overall experience in IT, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Performance Management, or Corporate Performance Management.
- Proven experience delivering at least 2 to 3 full-lifecycle BOARD enterprise implementations.
- Experience integrating BOARD with major ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

- BOARD Certification: BOARD certification, such as BOARD Certified Professional, Developer, or Solution Architect, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Educational Background:



Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Finance Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting principles, Profit and Loss structures, and balance sheets is an added advantage.
