The Branch Manager oversees branch operations, business development, portfolio quality, team leadership, and regulatory compliance to drive overall branch profitability.

​Key Responsibilities

​Business Development: Drive growth in Gold Loans, Business/SME Loans, Personal Loans, Property Loans, Insurance, and Fund Mobilisation (NCDs / SODs / Debentures).

​Operations & Customer Care: Manage cash handling, daily reconciliations, gold valuation/pledging, loan processing, and customer grievance resolution.

​Compliance & Risk Control: Enforce NBFC regulatory guidelines, credit checks, KYC compliance, audit readiness, and NPA control.

​Team Leadership: Allocate targets, conduct performance reviews, and train branch staff

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
