? Urgent Hiring: Senior Azure AI Platform Engineer | C2H Opportunity

We are urgently looking for a Senior Azure AI Platform Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Azure platform engineering, Identity & Access Management, API security, and AI platform deployment.

This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity, initially requiring a part-time commitment, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role after the contractual engagement, based on project requirements and performance.

? Position Details

- Job Title: Senior Azure AI Platform Engineer
- Experience: 4–6 Years
- Location: Pune
- Work Mode: Part-Time (5–7 Hours Per Day)
- Engagement Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
- Future Opportunity: Potential conversion to a Full time position after the contractual duration.
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners ONLY
- Availability: Must be available for 5–7 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, authorization, and Managed Identities.
- Implement and manage Azure API Management (APIM), including policies, security, rate limiting, and API access controls.
- Support AI platform deployment and management using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
- Monitor AI platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure costs.
- Manage and automate Azure infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Implement Azure security best practices, including Key Vault, Private Endpoints, and network security.
- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills




- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, authorization, and Managed Identities.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing Azure API Management (APIM) policies.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of Terraform or Bicep.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Azure security, networking, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

⚠️ Important Engagement Conditions
- This is a C2H engagement, not a short-term freelance assignment.
- Initially, the engagement will require approximately 5–7 working hours per day.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role after the contractual duration.
- Immediate joiners only. Candidates serving notice periods will not be considered.
- No dual employment or parallel work engagements are permitted. Candidates must be exclusively available for this assignment.
- Candidates must be willing to undergo and successfully complete the company's Background Verification (BGV) process.
- Candidates must be available for technical discussions, project meetings, and client calls.
- Working hours and client overlap will be mutually aligned.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates with practical implementation experience in Azure API Management, Identity & Access Management, Azure Security, and AI Platform Deployment.
