Role Overview

We are looking for highly experienced Senior Automation Testers with 8–12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, specializing in test automation, digital transformation, and enterprise-level testing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch, implementing scalable automation strategies, and managing end-to-end testing across complex enterprise applications.

Candidates with substantial experience in the BFSI domain, particularly digital banking, mobile banking, payment systems, and financial services platforms, will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Lead automation testing initiatives across web and mobile applications.
- Define automation strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and quality assurance standards.
- Perform end-to-end testing, including Functional, Integration, SIT, UAT, Regression, and API testing.
- Automate complex business workflows and third-party system integrations.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, product, and business teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve automation failures and application defects.
- Establish QA best practices, automation standards, and quality metrics.




- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to improving overall testing capabilities.
- Support performance, security, and non-functional testing initiatives.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience developing automation frameworks such as Hybrid, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, or BDD frameworks.
- Strong API automation experience using REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or ALM.
- CI/CD integration experience using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of SQL, database validation, and backend testing.
- Experience with Git, Maven, and test execution management.
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

BFSI Domain Advantage Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- Digital Banking and Mobile Banking Applications.
- Internet Banking and Core Banking Systems.
- Payment Gateways and Payment Processing.
- Cards, Loans, Deposits, and Financial Transactions.
- Third-party banking integrations and API ecosystems.
- Regulatory, security, and compliance-driven testing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading automation initiatives or mentoring QA teams.
- Exposure to mobile automation tools such as Appium.
- Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
