About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver AI-powered software solutions that accelerate business transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI product development, Python-based backend engineering, cloud platforms, and up-to-date AI deployment practices. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-enabled applications while contributing to engineering excellence in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled software features and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.
- Implement and integrate Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies into existing platforms.
- Develop scalable microservices and APIs to support AI applications and platform services.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI models using modern MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps practices.
- Design and manage AI data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Microsoft Fabric Data Factory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models, platform performance, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of software development and AI engineering practices.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.




- Ensure solutions adhere to cybersecurity, compliance, and engineering quality standards.
- Work with DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and Docker to support CI/CD and AI deployments.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, cloud services, and industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Proven experience in AI product development. Strong programming expertise in Python..
- Experience with Java, Scala, or C#.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies.
- Experience designing and developing Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines.
- Docker containerization.
- MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps deployment practices.
- Experience with Apache Airflow.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data structures and data management.
- Experience working with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Agile/SCRUM software development experience.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with distributed architectures.
- Knowledge of Akka.
- Hands-on experience delivering NLP projects.
- Experience with JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience mentoring engineering teams.
- Passion for innovation and emerging AI technologies.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
