Junior AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience

This position needs travel to Dubai for 3 months initially and possible extension beyond that. The candidate will have to be fine with frequent travel to Dubai as requested by the customer.

Overview

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents that automate business processes using Large Language Models (LLMs), agent orchestration frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise integrations. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Configure, optimize, and evaluate LLMs for business use cases.
- Design and implement RAG-based knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Build tool-calling and workflow automation capabilities.
- Monitor, test, and improve agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Deploy AI solutions using Azure services and CI/CD practices.
