Senior Advocate – Civil & Criminal Litigation

We are looking to connect with an experienced Senior Advocate based in Mumbai, with strong expertise in handling both Civil and Criminal matters.

Key Requirements:

- Extensive experience in Civil and Criminal litigation.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal proceedings.
- Experience representing clients before Mumbai courts, including the Bombay High Court.
- Expertise in drafting, pleadings, legal notices and case strategy.
- Solid advocacy, research and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently handle complex legal matters.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: Senior-level experience in Civil & Criminal matters.
