Job DescriptionWe are hiring an experienced Accountant on behalf of our reputed client in the manufacturing industry, based in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in handling end-to-end accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle GST returns, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation, and raw material consumption.
- Handle manufacturing cost accounting and cost analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, stores, and other departments.
- Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.




- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in inventory and cost accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing companies are preferred.
- Practical exposure to inventory management and cost accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
