### About the Role

Aperol Global Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage end-to-end accounting, GST compliance, manufacturing costing, inventory management and financial operations.

We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in garment manufacturing, textiles, apparel, export houses or product-based businesses.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Operations

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR and vendor payments.
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments and collections.

2. GST & Tax Compliance

- Manage GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Handle ITC verification, GST returns, e-invoicing and E-way bills.
- Coordinate with CAs and auditors for statutory compliance.

3. Manufacturing & Garment Costing

- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and product-wise costing.
- Calculate fabric, trims, accessories, stitching, processing and finishing costs.
- Track production expenses, material consumption and wastage.
- Manage FOB costing, order profitability and cost analysis.

4. Inventory & Store Management

- Manage raw materials, fabrics, trims and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain stock registers, GRNs and inventory reconciliation.
- Track material inward, outward and consumption.
- Coordinate with purchase, production,



merchandising and warehouse teams.

5. Purchase, Sales & Order Management

- Verify purchase orders, sales orders and supplier invoices.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Monitor order-wise expenses, payment schedules and credit periods.
- Maintain domestic and export/FOB transaction documentation.

### Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid practical knowledge of GST and taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books or equivalent.
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and reconciliations).
- Knowledge of ERP, inventory management and manufacturing accounting.
- Solid understanding of BOM, product costing and stock valuation.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations.

### Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in

- Garment manufacturing and apparel businesses.
- Textile manufacturing and export houses.
- FOB costing and production accounting.
- Inventory management and GST compliance.
