Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented professionals for the positions of Academic Counsellor, Senior Counsellor, and Team Leader. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals in selecting suitable higher education programs and converting leads into successful admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding UG, PG, MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA, MCA, Online MBA, Executive MBA, DBA, and other educational programs.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and requirements to recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, EMI options, and admission procedures.
- Handle outbound calls, generate admissions, and follow up with prospective students.
- Manage leads and respond to student queries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Assist candidates with application forms, documentation, and admission formalities.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in CRM.




- Achieve individual admission targets and conversion goals.
- Team Leader: Manage, guide, and motivate the counselling team while monitoring daily performance and achieving team targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply for Academic Counsellor positions.
- 0–2 years of experience in counselling, telesales, educational sales, or admissions preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation, and lead-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of higher education programs and CRM software is an advantage.
- Team handling experience preferred for the Team Leader position.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
