About the Role

Mentor Colleges is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and result-oriented Academic Counsellors / Senior Academic Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidates will guide prospective students, understand their educational and career aspirations, provide suitable course recommendations, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about available courses, programmes, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable educational programmes.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.




- Achieve assigned admission targets and contribute to institutional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build positive relationships with students and ensure a good counselling experience.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Previous experience in academic counselling, student admissions, or the education sector is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
