- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, deep cleaning schedules, and public area maintenance.
- Conduct thorough daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and restrooms to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Desk regarding room status (check-ins, check-outs, VIP arrivals, and special requests).
- Monitor stock levels of linens, uniforms, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement and management for timely reordering and inventory audits.
- Oversee laundry operations, linen quality control, and the handling of lost and found items.
