Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Kozhikode. The specialist will manage day-to-day SEO activities, including conducting keyword research, executing on-page optimization, performing regular SEO audits, and monitoring website performance through analytics tools.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing link-building strategies, optimizing content and site structure for search visibility, and collaborating with content, design, and development teams to improve organic traffic and rankings. The role also entails preparing performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth,



and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize content and site structure.
- Experience performing comprehensive SEO Audits to identify technical and content-related issues.
- Ability to plan and execute ethical Link Building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) for tracking performance and insights.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of technical SEO concepts (site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data) is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
