Role Description The Sea EXIM Executive (Freight Forwarder) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves coordinating sea export shipments, including booking cargo space with shipping lines, preparing and verifying export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The Sea EXIM Executive will manage freight forwarding activities, monitor freight transportation schedules, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.





Responsibilities include interacting with customers and vendors, resolving shipment-related queries, and providing proactive shipment status updates. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting billing and cost calculations, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Forwarding and Freight Forwarding for coordinating end-to-end sea export operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Export processes and documentation for international trade compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Transportation for planning routes, scheduling, and shipment tracking.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships.
- Good knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping line procedures, and basic customs requirements is beneficial.
- Ability to work with MS Office and logistics/forwarding software systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Relevant experience in sea export or freight forwarding and a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
