Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and certified Scrum Master with 6+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, with practical experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing sprint activities, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and other Agile meetings.
- Drive Agile delivery and manage multiple sprint activities within an enterprise environment.
- Apply Secure Agile principles and practices to support team-level and program-level objectives.
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Identify, track, and resolve impediments and blockers affecting team productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor sprint progress, team performance, velocity, and delivery commitments.
- Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability,



and continuous improvement.
- Support teams in achieving sprint goals and program increment (PI) objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across distributed teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help teams adopt Agile best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies
- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe Agile frameworks.
- Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint cycles.
- Strong stakeholder management and team facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience handling multiple Agile teams or enterprise-level Agile initiatives.
- Exposure to diverse technologies, applications, and processing environments.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience supporting Program Increment (PI) Planning and cross-team dependencies
