- We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, drive sprint execution, and ensure effective collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage sprint schedules, backlogs, and delivery timelines.
- Remove blockers and resolve impediments affecting team productivity.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Promote continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.
