About us

We run fast-growing D2C and direct-sale brands across reading glasses, eyewear and everyday deals products. We ship a large volume of video ads on Meta every week, and the script is the most important part of each one.

What you’ll do

- Write 15–25 video ad scripts a week (30 sec – 1 min 30 sec) for Meta Reels and Feed
- Write hooks: 5+ variations of the first 3 seconds for every script
- Use direct-response formats: problem–solution, UGC/testimonial, demo, before–after, offer-led, founder-style
- Write in Hinglish and simple Hindi that matches how real Indian buyers speak, including Tier 2/3 audiences and COD shoppers
- Write voiceover-ready scripts for AI voice (ElevenLabs) and scene-by-scene shot notes for our video editor
- Study winning ads in the Meta Ad Library and from competitors, and turn what works into new angles
- Check ad performance data (hook rate, CTR, cost per purchase)

What we’re looking for

- 1+ year writing ad scripts for e-commerce, D2C or dropshipping brands (freshers with a robust portfolio can apply)
- A clear understanding of hooks, pain points, offers, urgency and CTAs
- Fast output: comfortable writing many variations, not one perfect script
- Strong Hinglish, with a natural, conversational tone
- Bonus: experience with Meta ads, UGC scripts, or AI tools for research and ideation
