We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with solid hands-on expertise in Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking.

Mandatory Skills:

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off Certification.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking.
- Hands-on experience in Time Evaluation and Overtime (OT) Rules.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation/support project experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and Fit-to-Standard.
- Experience in requirement gathering and client workshops.
- Experience working in Onshore-Offshore delivery models.
- Integration experience with other SAP modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking.




- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and client workshops.
- Configure Time Evaluation, OT Rules and related functionalities.
- Support end-to-end implementation and integration activities.
- Develop HR reports and perform data analysis.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for successful project delivery.
