(I1. Should have SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marking and Management certification (both mandatory) with certification in Onboarding (1.0 / 2.0)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SmartRecruiters implementation, administration, and support.
- Experience working on SmartRecruiters integrations with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes in global organizations.
- Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation
- . Experience of handling Half Yearly release management activities
- Knowledge of People Analytics, Story reports
Positive-to-Have 1. Good understanding of Talent Acquisition process and trends in organization.
- SmartRecruiters experience or knowledge
- Understand and evaluate business requirements
- Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.
- Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms.
Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
- Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the customer within the agreed SLA
- Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed
- Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,
performance, availability, and system uptimes
- Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status updates
- Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)
and adhere to customer's quality policy and procedures.
- Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly

- Provide service improvement suggestions

3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
5 High Priority support ticket management/ attendance / Escalations
6 Own and ensure the SAP Successfactors configuration are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project and BAU requirements
