- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) implementation, configuration, administration, and support.
- Experience in Change Request Management (ChaRM), IT Service Management, Solution Documentation, and Application Lifecycle Management.
- Configure and support Technical Monitoring, System Monitoring, Job Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, and EarlyWatch Alert.
- Experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 configuration and operational activities.
- Valuable understanding of SAP landscape management, managed-system configuration, and integration of SAP systems with Solution Manager.
- Experience with transport/change management,



including ChaRM workflows and change-control processes.
- Knowledge of Test Suite/Test Management, business process documentation, and solution documentation.
- Troubleshoot Solution Manager configuration, connectivity, monitoring, and integration issues.
- Coordinate with SAP Basis, functional, development, and infrastructure teams for incident resolution and landscape-related activities.
- Good understanding of SAP support processes, incident/problem management, root-cause analysis, and operational best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
