Hiring: SAP SLT Functional Consultant | Pune

Role: SAP SLT Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SLT Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT) to design, configure, monitor, and support real-time data replication solutions across SAP and non-SAP environments.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP HANA data structures, replication configurations, and troubleshooting SLT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support SAP SLT replication scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Configure source and target systems, replication configurations, and SLT parameters.
- Work with SAP functional teams (FI, MM, SD, etc.) to identify tables, data objects, dependencies, and replication requirements.
- Configure and monitor table replication, initial loads, delta replication, and real-time replication.
- Troubleshoot SLT issues involving initial load failures, replication delays, missing records, trigger issues, logging tables, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Analyze SLT monitoring information and logs and coordinate with SAP Basis and database teams for issue resolution.
- Validate replicated data between source and target systems.
- Support SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and HANA replication scenarios.
- Work on replication to SAP HANA, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and other supported target platforms.
- Manage changes to replicated tables during SAP upgrades, patches, and functional enhancements.
- Prepare functional specifications, mapping documents, test cases, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT activities and production deployments.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, HANA DB, infrastructure,



and integration teams for end-to-end delivery.

Required Technical Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with SAP SLT / SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server.
- Good understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures.
- Knowledge of SLT table replication, initial load, delta replication, and real-time replication.
- Understanding of SLT triggers, logging tables, replication configurations, filtering, and transformation.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and SQL.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting SLT replication and performance issues.
- Understanding of SAP upgrades and their impact on replicated objects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5–10+ years of overall SAP experience.
- Relevant hands-on experience in SAP SLT implementation, configuration, monitoring, and production support.
- Experience working with SAP functional, Basis, and database teams.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot replication issues and support end-to-end data integration requirements.
