Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide production support for SAP PP & QM modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, rollouts, and upgrades in accordance with project plans.

- Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using AMS (Advanced Materials Services) module to optimize manufacturing processes.

- Troubleshoot complex problems related to inventory management, procurement, and quality control within the SAP ECC setting.

Job Requirements :

- 10-14 years of experience in SAP PP & QM consulting or implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of SAP ECC, SAP SHANA, Manufacturing, Production Support, Enhancements, Rollout, and Quality Management concepts.

- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service through effective communication skills.
