Our client is looking for SAP PLM Consultant will be part of the ADM Insight to Launch (I2L) team and will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting SAP Product

Lifecycle Management processes across product development, Recipe Management, Specification Management, BOM Synchronization, Formula Management, Classification,Document Management, and Engineering Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Support & Incident Management

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PLM applications.

Analyse and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Monitor interfaces, background jobs,



and data synchronization processes.

Ensure timely ticket resolution within agreed SLAs.

2. SAP PLM Functional Expertise

Support SAP Recipe Development and Recipe Management processes.

Manage and troubleshoot BOM synchronization issues between PLM and downstream systems.

Support Specification Management and Product Data Management activities.

Work on Change Management, Change Records, and Engineering Change Processes.

Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities.

3. Change & Enhancement Management

Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.

Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for developments and enhancements.

Perform impact analysis for system changes and upgrades.

Support transport management and production deployments.
