Job Title: SAP MM - S4 Hana Public Cloud Consultant

Experience: 4-8 Years

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary The SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant L2 will configure, implement, test, and support SAP Materials Management solutions, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The consultant will work with client procurement, inventory, and finance teams to deliver standardized, efficient, and business-aligned procure-to-pay processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support SAP S/4HANA MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Participate in customer workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, fit-to-standard discussions, solution demonstrations, and end-user training.
- Analyze procurement and inventory management processes and map requirements to standard SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities and SAP Best Practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of relevant SAP consulting experience, including hands-on SAP MM experience.
- Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA MM.
- At least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience with fit-to-standard workshops, SAP Best Practices, scope items, and Public Cloud configuration processes.




- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, inventory management, purchasing, invoice verification, and material valuation processes.
- Knowledge of SAP MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, EWM, QM, and relevant third-party systems.
- Experience in material master, supplier/business partner, purchasing, and inventory data migration and validation.
- Experience with testing, defect analysis, issue tracking, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics, and standard reports for procurement and inventory management.
- Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and the SAP project implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to create clear functional specifications, test scenarios, and process documentation.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, stakeholder-management, and delivery capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize deliverables, and proactively escalate risks or dependencies.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Sourcing and Procurement.
- Experience with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC).
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SAP EWM, SAP IBP, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience with procurement approval workflows and SAP Build Process Automation.
- Exposure to multi-company, multi-plant, or global supply chain transformation programs.
- Knowledge of local procurement compliance, indirect tax, and audit requirements.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
