We are seeking an experienced SAP LE Solution Architect with 20+ years of overall SAP experience , specializing in SAP Logistics Execution (LE), with strong cross-functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, leading functional design, and delivering scalable SAP logistics solutions across complex enterprise environments. The candidate should have deep expertise in inbound and outbound delivery processing, shipping, warehouse integration, Handling Unit Management, Batch Management, and Goods Issue/Receipt processes.

The role requires strong SAP S/4HANA experience, integration knowledge across SAP SD, MM, EWM, and TM, and the ability to lead global implementations, transformation programs, and architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP LE Solution Architecture

- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end SAP Logistics Execution solutions.
- Define scalable SAP LE solutions covering inbound/outbound deliveries, shipping, transportation, and warehouse integration.
- Drive solution design for Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, Picking, Packing, Loading, and Shipping processes.
- Architect solutions for Handling Unit Management, Batch Management, and delivery processing.
- Define best-practice solutions for Proof of Delivery (POD), Route Determination, Delivery Splits, and Returns Processing.
- Review existing logistics processes, identify gaps, and recommend architectural improvements.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.

2. SAP S/4HANA Transformation

- Lead SAP LE architecture and solution design for SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
- Define logistics execution strategies considering S/4HANA simplifications, embedded EWM, and shipping enhancements.
- Drive global template design, localization, standardization, and rollout initiatives.
- Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend SAP standard functionalities wherever possible.
- Ensure architecture scalability, performance, integration, and long-term sustainability.

3. Cross-Functional Integration

- Define integration architecture between SAP LE and SAP SD, MM, EWM, and TM.
- Provide architectural guidance for end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and logistics processes.




- Ensure seamless integration across Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Shipping, Billing, and Warehouse Management.
- Oversee integration with external warehouse, transportation, and logistics systems.
- Provide guidance on IDocs, ALE, EDI, APIs, and SAP output management frameworks.
- Exposure to SAP GTS and SAP Fiori is an added advantage.

4. Functional Leadership & Governance

- Lead business requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP LE solution architectures.
- Review and approve functional specifications, technical designs, and configuration approaches.
- Establish solution design principles, architecture standards, and governance practices.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to SAP consultants and development teams.
- Drive design reviews, architecture assessments, and solution validation.

5. Implementation & Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, global rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Oversee functional design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization.
- Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement across SAP LE and SD processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and global delivery teams.

- Integration with SAP SD, MM, EWM,



and TM.
- Knowledge of IDocs, ALE, EDI, APIs, and output management.
- SAP GTS and SAP Fiori exposure is advantageous.

Experience & Qualifications

- 20+ years of overall SAP experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP LE experience.
- 3–5 years of cross-functional SAP SD exposure.
- 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, global rollouts, or S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Proven experience in global solution architecture, template design, localization, and deployment.
- Experience working in large multinational and complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- SAP Certification in SAP S/4HANA Logistics, SAP SCM, or SAP EWM is preferred.
