Position: SAP HCM Consultant - Canadian Payroll

Experience: 3-10 Years | Immediate Joiners

Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai & Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Requirements

- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Canadian Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll functions
- Experience with Canadian payroll regulations, including CPP, EI, federal and provincial taxes
- Expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, benefits, and deductions
- Experience in implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects

Preferred Skills
- SAP ECC HCM and/or SAP S/4HANA HCM




- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Experience working with global payroll teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Canadian Payroll solutions
- Manage payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll functions
- Support taxation, compliance, payroll processing, and year-end activities
- Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and support system upgrades
