Role Summary:

Two senior GTS resources required to work closely with business stakeholders, provide guidance to the broader team on ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and driving effective business conversations. This is a strategic role focused on collaboration with the business rather than traditional run, managed services, or implementation activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Solid GTS domain knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor teams on best practices and business engagement.
- Selected resources will serve as senior members of the COE team, driving overall maturity and alignment between business and technology functions.
