Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP FICO Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, SAP FICO configuration knowledge, and experience working closely with business stakeholders. This role involves process analysis, system optimization, configuration support, testing, user training, and participation in SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP FICO processes and resolve complex business issues.
- Configure and support key SAP FICO components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SAP FICO issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments and enhancements.
- Participate in system testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for financial processes.




- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and configuration documents.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.
- Support integrations between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Participate in SAP upgrade, migration, rollout, and enhancement projects.

Must-Have Skills

SAP & Finance Knowledge

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and business process mapping.

- Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management,



and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and process documents.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
- Integration with Coupa and High Radius Cash Application
- Integration with BPC
- SAP FICO Certification will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and Indian statutory compliance.
- Exposure to SAP rollout, migration, or implementation projects.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of CO-PA, Product Costing, or Treasury processes.
- Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or services industries.

Job Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in support, implementation, or enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process support.
- Experience interacting with business users, finance teams, and technical teams.
- Ability to manage incidents, enhancements, testing, and documentation activities.

Preferred Profile

- SAP FICO Consultant with experience in support and implementation environments.
- Strong accounting background combined with SAP functional expertise.
- Capable of independently driving issue resolution, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
