Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive SAP FICO Consultant with 8-10 years of strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects, along with the ability to lead functional streams and interact with global stakeholders. This role involves driving solution design, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO processes to meet business requirements.

Key Skills

- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP FICO (FI & CO modules)
- Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting
- Hands on experience in Claim & Dispute Management.
- Experience in Credit Management.
- Advanced configuration knowledge in FI (New GL), CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, CO-PA)
- Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations and migrations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Proven experience in multiple full-cycle implementations and rollouts
- Experience in data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC, Migration Cockpit)
- Strong knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
- Ability to prepare functional specifications (RICEF) and work with technical teams
- Experience in handling client-facing roles and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP FICO functional design, configuration, and implementation activities
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment
- Manage client interactions, understand business needs, and propose optimal solutions
- Lead rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects
- Oversee incident management, change requests, and system improvements
- Ensure accurate master data governance and financial data integrity
- Lead and support data migration, reconciliation, and validation efforts
- Coordinate and manage testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)
- Work closely with ABAP and technical teams for developments, interfaces, and integrations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and best practices
- Prepare and review functional documentation and user training materials
- Mentor junior consultants and support team development
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure smooth financial operation
