Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 on -premises, particularly in the Service module.
The candidate should have a good understanding of business processes, functional configuration, and implementation activities within SAP CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional activities for SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to the SAP CRM Service module.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants for required developments.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand service processes and recommend suitable SAP CRM solutions.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide functional guidance to the project team and support end-to-end implementation activities.
- Assist with issue resolution and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
Required Skills And Experience
- Strong experience in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.
- Hands-on functional experience in the SAP CRM Service module.
- Experience in SAP CRM functional configuration and implementation.
- Good understanding of service-related business processes and SAP CRM functionalities.
- Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered, provided they have previous hands-on experience with SAP CRM On-Premise and can quickly transition back to it.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently handle functional requirements and lead project activities.
