Role: SAP CRM On-Prem Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Technical Lead with solid expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise, ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and CRM Web UI. The candidate should have hands-on experience in technical development and implementation projects and be capable of handling technical requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead technical development and implementation activities for SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.

· Develop, customize, and enhance SAP CRM applications using ABAP and ABAP OOPs.

· Work extensively on SAP CRM Web UI development and customization.

· Analyze technical requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

· Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

· Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and issue resolution.

· Support end-to-end implementation activities and ensure timely project delivery.





Required Skills and Experience

· Strong experience in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.

· Hands-on experience with ABAP OOPs and SAP CRM Web UI.

· Experience in SAP CRM technical development, enhancements, and customizations.

· Prior experience in implementation projects is preferred.

· Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered, provided they have previous hands-on experience with SAP CRM On-Premise and can quickly transition back to it.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and lead technical activities.

· The candidate should be willing to work in either of the following shifts: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, with flexibility in working hours as per project requirements.

· Any graduation from a recognized university is acceptable for this role.
