- Self-Directed Executor: You are comfortable working independently on standard tasks. You have a proven ability using analytical skills and functional knowledge to define solutions when a formal architectural design is not required.

- Growth Mindset & Upskilling Drive: You are highly motivated to expand your technical footprint. While you are already a Concur expert, you have the hunger and aptitude to rapidly learn SAP FI and master the functional flow of the SAP ICS integration between Concur and the ERP.

- Integration Savvy: You understand the fundamentals of data exchange,
