Associate SAP CO Consultant: 3-6 Years

Lead SAP CO Consultant: 6-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP CO modules.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP CO projects ensuring quality and timelines.
- Provide functional expertise in areas such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Oversee support and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth system operations.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for SAP CO processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
- Act as a mentor to junior consultants and guide them in project delivery.





Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of SAP CO configuration and customization.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation cycles and support projects.
- Valuable understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Controlling (preferred).

Educational Background

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related fields.
- SAP CO certification (preferred but not mandatory).
