We are looking for a skilled SAP Application Maintenance Support Professional to manage, monitor, and support SAP applications, coordinate system enhancements, and ensure smooth production operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP application support, incident management, reporting, release coordination, and customer communication.

Role: SAP Application Maintenance Support

Key Responsibilities1. Customer & Industry Alignment

- Collaborate with customers to understand existing application developments and current change requirements.
- Support application changes driven by AEMO (Australian Energy Market Operator) and other industry-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure changes align with business and industry standards.
- Assist in analyzing and implementing application enhancements.

1. Reporting & Incident Monitoring

- Prepare and generate reports for monthly customer review calls.
- Monitor incident queues and track open issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular updates on application performance, incidents, and support activities.
- Maintain accurate incident records and status reports.
- Identify recurring issues and coordinate corrective actions.

1. Release Management & Deployment

- Follow ATQ guidelines and quality standards for new application releases.
- Coordinate with ATQ and other relevant teams before deploying packages to production.
- Support release planning, validation, and deployment activities.
- Ensure necessary checks and approvals are completed before production deployments.
- Assist with post-deployment verification and issue resolution.

1. System Maintenance & Support





- Execute required scanning tools and system monitoring activities.
- Maintain and update Sirius and PT records as required.
- Support day-to-day SAP application maintenance and operational activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Ensure system stability, compliance, and smooth application operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in SAP Application Maintenance and Support (AMS).
- Understanding of SAP application support processes and incident management.
- Knowledge of release management, change management, and production deployment procedures.
- Experience monitoring incident queues and preparing operational reports.
- Ability to work with customers and cross-functional technical teams.
- Familiarity with system scanning, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
- Understanding of quality assurance and release governance processes.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting SAP applications in the utilities or energy sector.
- Familiarity with AEMO-related industry requirements.
- Experience coordinating production releases and application enhancements.
- Knowledge of Sirius, PT, and ATQ processes or tools.
- Experience working in an IT service management (ITSM) environment.
