We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with experience in SAP ABAP on HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and Core Data Services (CDS) View Modelling to design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance SAP applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ABAP development, database optimization, object-oriented programming, and CDS view development.

Key Responsibilities1. SAP ABAP Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP.
- Develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF) based on business requirements.
- Work with classical ABAP and modern ABAP programming techniques.
- Develop custom programs using ABAP Objects and object-oriented programming principles.
- Work with internal tables, field symbols, work areas, structures, and SAP Data Dictionary objects.
- Develop reusable classes, methods, function modules, and utility programs.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex ABAP issues.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with SAP development standards.
- Analyze functional specifications and prepare detailed technical specifications.
- Provide production support and implement corrective and preventive solutions.

1. SAP ABAP on HANA

- Develop and optimize ABAP applications for SAP HANA-based environments.
- Implement code pushdown techniques to improve application performance.
- Apply modern ABAP syntax and expressions.
- Optimize database access and minimize unnecessary data retrieval.
- Analyze and improve the performance of database-intensive programs.
- Work with SAP HANA database concepts and SQL processing.
- Use ABAP Development Tools (ADT) and ABAP debugging tools.
- Conduct performance analysis using SQL Trace (ST05), SAT, and other SAP performance tools.
- Optimize Open SQL queries and eliminate redundant database operations.




- Follow SAP HANA development best practices and performance optimization standards.

1. Core Data Services (CDS) View Modelling

- Design, develop, and maintain CDS views for SAP S/4HANA applications.
- Create Basic, Composite, and Consumption CDS Views based on business requirements.
- Implement CDS annotations for metadata, semantics, and UI-related functionality.
- Work with associations, joins, parameters, aggregations, and calculated fields.
- Develop CDS views for reporting, analytics, and transactional applications.
- Implement authorization checks and access controls using CDS Data Control Language (DCL).
- Ensure efficient CDS view design, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development .
- Proficiency in classical ABAP, modern ABAP, and ABAP Objects (OOABAP).
- Experience working with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Expertise in CDS View Modelling and CDS annotations.
- Strong understanding of SQL optimization, code pushdown, and database performance tuning.
- Experience with ABAP Development Tools (ADT), debugging, ST05, and SAT.
- Knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary, function modules, classes, and enhancements.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Robust debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP development standards and best practices.
- Experience collaborating with functional consultants, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
