Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Agra. The Salesperson will greet and engage customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products and solutions.

Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, handling inquiries, preparing quotations or bills, and supporting the closing of sales. The role involves maintaining product displays, ensuring a clean and welcoming showroom or studio space, and updating records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.



The Salesperson will also collaborate with the team on promotional activities, gather customer feedback, and assist in meeting sales targets through consistent follow-up and service.

Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, skilled demeanor. Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and confidently close deals. Basic knowledge of retail or showroom operations, such as handling billing, maintaining displays, and managing inventory updates.

Comfort with using common digital tools (POS systems, spreadsheets, email, and messaging apps) for sales tracking and communication. Ability to work on-site in Agra, including flexible hours as needed on weekends or peak business days. Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage. Reliability, integrity, and a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience. .
