Salesforce OMS Technical Lead

- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce OMS (Salesforce Order Management experience.
- Must have worked as a Salesforce OMS Technical Lead.
- Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce OMS implementations from requirements gathering through production go-live.
- Solid hands-on experience in:
- Salesforce Order Management (OMS)
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Apex, Lightning/LWC
- REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
- Expertise in OMS functionalities:
- Order orchestration and lifecycle management
- Fulfillment and routing
- Inventory management
- Cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Shipment tracking and delivery status
- Experience integrating OMS with ERP, WMS, payment gateways,



logistics providers, and eCommerce platforms.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future).

Mandatory Requirements: ✅ Salesforce OMS Technical Lead experience ✅ 2+ end-to-end OMS implementations (Requirement Gathering → Design → Development → Testing → UAT → Go-Live)

✅ Strong hands-on Salesforce OMS and integration experience

✅ Experience with Commerce Cloud/eCommerce order management solutions
